Hope and Isaiah 8:17

Hope and Isaiah 8:17

"And I will wait on the LORD, Who hides His face from the house of Jacob; and I will hope in Him." - Isaiah 8:17
Even when it feels like God is distant, or when our prayers seem unanswered, Isaiah encourages us to wait faithfully. This waiting isn't passive; it's an active hope, a steadfast belief in God's goodness and His timing. In even the darkest times, when it seems as though God has turned His face away, this hope empowers us to cling to our faith, trusting that His plan is unfolding. In the silence or in the storm, keep hoping in the Lord, for He is worthy of our patience and our trust.
