Refreshed, Reset, and Fri-YAY

Happy Fri-YAY!
I'm fresh back from my annual spring writer's retreat. I joined Susan May Warren, Lacy Williams, Misty Beller, Robin Patchen, and Tracy Higley for four-and-a-half wonderful days of talking, praying, crying, laughing, more laughing, plotting books, and talking strategy. We went over things that worked last year (obviously, I didn't get to take part in a lot of that decision because of our son's death and the house and all the things that went with that), but I was able to talk about what my upcoming plans are.
I am ready to get back to writing and feel so refreshed and excited about what the next writing year looks like.
We stayed in the mountains of North Carolina in a cabin at the top of a mountain. It was stunning.
The morning we left, though, we woke up to snow!
I can tell you, that was a fun drive down the mountain!
I also worked on re-covering and re-naming the Song of Suspense series. I'd love your feedback on these new covers I came up with.
The current covers are above the new covers. I'll get the ebooks reformatted and get the new products rolled out this week!
Oh yeah - it's Fri-YAY, isn't it? Here's the thing - I'm about to put some of my inventory into Kindle Unlimited - which means that I won't be able to sell those ebooks in my store and I won't be able to have some of my first in series free happening. So, here's a list of all of my first in series free for you to get while you can!
Sapphire Ice, book 1 of the Jewel Series
Christmas Diamond, book 5 of the Jewel Series (and the first book of the second generation)
A Melody for James (soon to be The Architect!), Book 1 of the Song of Suspense series
Ian, a prequel to the Dixon Brothers series
Temperance's Trial, part 1 in the Virtues and Valor series
Happy Reading!
