Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa (I use Hershey's Special Dark baking cocoa)
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Method
 

  1. Beat the butter until fluffy.
  2. Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa.
  3. Mix together milk and vanilla.
  4. Add the sugar mixture to the butter, beating alternately with the milk mixture.
  5. Beat about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
