Devils Food Cupcakes

My children love this moist, chocolaty cake. It is especially good when topped with butter cream frosting and Winnie the Pooh sprinkles.

Notes

The coconut oil makes this a wonderful, flavorful cake; however, the integrity of the final product is only good for cupcakes. I don't recommend making it as a full-sized cake.
For a dessert, this snack includes coconut oil and is rich in calcium and iron.
