A little more about me

Beyond the books

My books have been downloaded more than a million times. I write action-packed romantic suspense filled with realistic characters facing real-world problems — work readers have called everything from bold and refreshing to heart-stopping, exciting, and edgy.

My husband and I live in central Kentucky, where I love the beautiful changing of the seasons. When I’m not penning novels, you’ll find me in the kitchen — which I consider the heart of the home. That passion for cooking is what spurred me to launch my whole-food, real-food “Parody” cookbook series; alongside nutritious, Biblically grounded recipes, each cookbook also confronts some controversial corner of secular pop culture.

I love living in Kentucky, drinking really good coffee, watching campy action movies, going on regular date nights with my husband, and spending time with my children. Above all else, I love God with all of my heart, soul, mind, and strength; I have been redeemed by the blood of Christ; and I rely on the presence of the Holy Spirit to guide me.
