Sourdough Peanut Butter Milkbones
Leaving these in the oven overnight make them hard and crunchy – great for cleaning dogs' teeth. My dogs LOVE them.
Equipment
- 1 baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Ingredients
- 480 grams sourdough starter
- 200 grams flour (I use fresh milled kamut)
- 40 grams dry milk
- grams peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Mix all ingredients. Add water if needed (my sourdough starter is pretty wet, so I rarely have to add water.)
- Roll to 1/2" thick. Cut with cookie cutter. Please on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in overnight.
