Davis’s Loaded Scrambled Eggs
In Jade’s Match, Davis is training for the men’s hockey team in Team USA. He needs a healthy, protein-packed breakfast, and this is the perfect meal for him — a true breakfast of champions!

Method
- With a small whisk or fork, beat the eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
- Slice the green onion, dice the green pepper, and slice the mushrooms.
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture over the vegetables. Add the salt and pepper.
- When the eggs start to set on the bottom, stir to scramble the eggs and vegetables together. Add the cheese.
- After about a minute, stir again. The dish is finished when the eggs are set. Remove from heat.
