Homemade Frozen Fruit Pops

We’ve had several days recently where the temperature has climbed toward 110°, so I wanted to find a way to cool the kids off. It was easy! Pick whatever fruit you think will go well together. I made strawberry kiwi and raspberry nectarine.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings: 6
Course: Snack
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

Strawberry Kiwi
  • strawberries
  • kiwi
Raspberry Nectarine
  • raspberries
  • nectarines

Method

  1. Pick whatever fruit you want, that you think will go well together.
  2. Blend the fruit well.
  3. Pour into the molds.
  4. Place in the freezer. In a couple of hours, add a stick or a spoon or whatever you want to use as a handle for the popsicle.
  5. Freeze for another 10 hours or so.

Notes

I have read some recipes that add a sweetener, but I have not found that to be necessary. My containers were too big; I think the larger-sized bathroom cups would work best. I didn’t have popsicle sticks, so I just used disposable plastic spoons. They worked just fine.
